Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2.1. Armaira specializes in designing and selling high-quality clothing for occasions such as weddings, Eids, and other events. 2.2. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice. 2.3. While we make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions and images of our products, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolutions, and handcrafted details.


3. Pricing and Payments

3.1. All prices on the Site are listed in PKR. Prices do not currently include taxes, as Armaira is not a registered business. 3.2. Payment options include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (where applicable). 3.3. Armaira reserves the right to update prices without prior notice. However, prices at the time of your order will remain valid for that transaction. 3.4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.


4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Armaira delivers within Pakistan. 4.2. Shipping timelines and costs will be communicated at checkout. While we aim to meet stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 4.3. Customers are required to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 4.4. Title and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery.


5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. 5.2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection. Refunds may take [7-10 business days] to reflect in your account. 5.3. Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective. 5.4. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to resolve amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.


11. Disclaimer Regarding Business Registration and Taxes

11.1. Armaira is currently in the process of formalizing its business registration. Until registration is completed, all transactions are conducted transparently in compliance with applicable laws in Pakistan. 11.2. Armaira is not currently collecting or remitting taxes due to its unregistered status. Customers are encouraged to consult their own tax advisors for compliance with local tax obligations. 11.3. Customers acknowledge that they are engaging with a business in its early stages and agree to proceed with this understanding.


12. Force Majeure

12.1. Armaira shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, or government regulations.
